Model Reference
Troubleshooting DC reactor, also known as smoothing reactor, is mainly used on the DC side of the converter and has many applications in general frequency converters. A DC current with an AC component flows through the reactor. The main purpose is to limit the AC component superimposed on the DC current to a certain specified value, maintain the continuity of the rectified current, reduce the current ripple value, improve the input power factor, and suppress the harmonics generated by the converter device.
Overcurrent acceleration time during acceleration is too short
Improper ratio
During a momentary power outage, a restart occurs relative to the rotating motor
Special motor (impedance? /? Extended acceleration time
Check and change the setting of the ratio
Use instantaneous stop restart ( ) or instantaneous stop non-stop control ( )
Increase carrier frequency ( )
Overcurrent deceleration during deceleration Time extension
Rapid changes in overcurrent load during constant speed operation
Load abnormality
Reduce load changes
Check the load device
Load side overcurrent output side main circuit during starting Poor wiring or motor insulation
Motor impedance is too small
Check the wiring and motor insulation conditions
Set output short circuit detection selection
Phase branch line short circuit main circuit component (phase) abnormality Request maintenance service
Phase branch line short circuit main circuit component (phase) is abnormal. Request maintenance service
Phase branch line short circuit main circuit component (phase) is abnormal. Request maintenance service
Input phase loss main circuit input phase loss inspection Check whether the main circuit wiring on the input side is missing a phase
Output phase is missing Main circuit output phase is missing Check whether the main circuit wiring on the output side is missing a phase
